Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Megan Sbrana (Watkins) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting teens and young adults as they navigate the complexities of identity, relationships, mental health, and major life transitions. She is passionate about helping young people develop a stronger sense of confidence, connection, and emotional balance. Megan provides a steady and encouraging presence for those experiencing anxiety, depression, self-doubt, self-harm, relational stress, and the pressures of school and early adulthood. Her work centers on helping clients slow down, understand their inner world more clearly, and build practical tools for coping and growth.

Megan received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and went on to earn her Master of Science in Marital and Family Therapy with an emphasis in Medical Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary’s School of Psychology. She brings experience from a range of clinical and educational contexts, having collaborated extensively with teachers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to support clients within their broader environments. This work has shaped her whole-person lens and reinforced her belief that genuine healing grows out of understanding each individual within the context of their relationships, environments, and lived experiences.

In her work, Megan uses Person Centered Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) to help clients explore emotional patterns, deepen relational awareness, and build resilience. She practices through a neurodiversity-affirming lens and offers gender-affirming care that honors each client’s authentic identity and lived experience.

Megan works with individuals seeking clarity, stability, and a deeper understanding of themselves as they move through stressful or uncertain seasons of life. Whether clients are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to navigate transitions, she is committed to partnering with them to develop insight, confidence, and healthier patterns of relating to themselves and others.
